Siemens EDA, a leader in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry, is seeking an experienced, self-starting, motivated, and high performing individual for an opportunity to serve as a solution engineer for power, EMIR (Electromigration and IR-drop) in our 3D IC Solutions Engineering team, driving the development of comprehensive, end-to-end workflow solutions supporting the development of advanced 2.5D and 3D System-in-Package (SiP) designs. The Solution Architect will also provide technical support and guidance to the sales, marketing, and design services organizations as required, and will represent Siemens EDA in direct customer engagements - leveraging established industry credibility and, where appropriate, supporting the creation of technical marketing content (papers, demonstrations, videos) to promote these solutions.
