Responsible for the detailed design of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or low-voltage electrical systems in commercial and institutional buildingsPerform field inspections of existing buildings to obtain existing condition take-offs needed for design and detailing workWork with clients and other project stakeholders to determine and coordinate overall system requirementsConstruction administration services – submittal and shop drawing reviews, review and respond to RFI, schedule coordination, etc. Strong AutoCAD skillsCompetency with MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Experience with online project management platforms such as BlueBeam, ProCore, and SubmittalExchangeDirect experience in systems installation or with a contractor is a plusProfessional Engineer licensure is a plusStrong AutoCAD skills.
