The role interprets customer requirements; prepares detailed labor, material and equipment estimates; validates supplier and subcontractor pricing; identifies scope, technical and commercial risks; and produces clear proposal deliverables for large and complex pursuits. Complete detailed quantity take-offs and bills of quantity for electrical labor, materials and equipment, including cable, conduit, supports, panels, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, grounding, testing and related installation activities, as applicable to the project scope.
