Primary Purpose: To work with all Kinder Morgan products pipeline regulated assets (Calnev, Double Eagle, Hiland Crude (gathering), KM Crude and Condensate (KMCC), Products (SE) Pipe Line (PPL), Central Florida Pipeline (CFPL), and SFPP) plus Wink (CO2 group) in matters regarding Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state liquids pipeline regulations, in order to create and maintain tariff documents, set rates, adjust and defend rates (including the collection and organizing of pipeline volume and rate base data), and create and maintain tariff rules.
