Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: Deal structuring and closing principles; Financial modeling; Evaluating strategic opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financing transactions; Applying general accounting and finance principles; Researching and analyzing market events utilizing quantitative and analytical methodologies; Preparing buy side financial due diligence reports; Preparing sell side financial due diligence reports; Sourcing and consolidating client data from software systems; Creating financial data packs summarizing key performance trends for due diligence purposes; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL Global Banking, and S&P Global; Transaction and market research resources including The Deal, Mergermarket, and Debtwire; Industry publications including the Wall Street Journal.
