Work Environment/Safety : Construction sites/fabrication shops (indoor/outdoor, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, welding hazards; must adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, welding gear, steel-toed boots) at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. You will oversee crews to deliver precise, code-compliant, high-quality chilled water piping systems (including both carbon steel mains and copper branch piping) that support efficient HVAC operations in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
