Providing design, development, engineering, integration, testing, evaluation, and configuration support for electromagnetic spectrum operations mission engineering across surface, air, ground, undersea, and space domains, including live, virtual, and constructive testing at Naval Surface Warfare Center -- Crane (NSWC). Performing extensive research and complex analysis on a major project to enhance the technical and economic development of the product and/or service; completed reports or studies may be deliverable engineering products to the customer.
