The ANM plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Health Center by providing hands-on clinical support, maintaining medical documentation, monitoring medication administration, and ensuring camper and staff health needs are met in a safe and timely manner. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager during the off‑season to plan and prepare for the upcoming camp season, including camper enrollment reviews, orientation schedules, staff training, equipment checks, and vendor coordination.
