The incumbent will demonstrate professional experience in the administration, management and compliance oversight of commodities, services, professional services, human services, and/or construction contracts or programs including but not limited to, soliciting, developing, administering, and monitoring contracts or related programs, while ensuring compliance with local, federal, and state requirements. Three (3) years of professional experience in administering procurement and contract administration management programs work related to assignment; which also includes one (1) year of lead/supervisory experience, AND a Master's degree or higher in finance, business administration, or related field.
