In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership for direct-hire craft, subcontractors, foremen, field engineers, and discipline superintendents to ensure electrical work is planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements. You will help drive productivity, schedule performance, quality, cost control, and field coordination across major electrical scopes, including power distribution, raceway and cable systems, grounding, terminations, electrical equipment installation, testing support, and commissioning readiness.
