The Assistant Director of Sales & Events plays an important leadership role in bringing that belief to life by supporting the Director of Sales, Marketing & Events, developing talented colleagues, generating new business, and driving exceptional results. This role supports the DOSME in executing the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, leading and developing colleagues, managing select key accounts, generating new business, and increasing revenue across rooms, group, catering, and event segments.
