This position is non-exempt and is allocated to the Administrative, Technical, and Clerical Bargaining Unit. The list established as a result of this recruitment may be used to fill other Engineering Technician I/II vacancies that may occur within the District through May 5, 2027.</p><br/><p><strong>Distinguishing Characteristics</strong></p><br/><p><strong>Engineering Technician I </strong>This is the entry level class in the Engineering Technician series. Positions in this class typically have little or no directly related work experience. The Engineering Technician I class is distinguished from the II level by the performance of less than the full range of duties assigned to the II level.
