The Development Manager will work closely with the Director of Development and Communications, Executive Director, program staff, finance team, and communications colleagues to ensure that CYC has the donor information, fundraising assets, reports, and engagement systems needed to deepen relationships with current and prospective supporters. Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, the Development Manager will help manage donor systems, support individual giving and major donor cultivation, coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, develop donor-facing materials, and strengthen the internal infrastructure needed to grow contributed revenue.
