This role builds and develops the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation, leads projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, coordinates internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget, analyzes project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met and establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management with eight to ten (8-10) years of experience leading and managing projects (preferred) OR High School diploma with twelve (12) years of experience leading and managing projects.
