Under the direction of the Emergency Department director manager, charge nurse, and staff nurses this position requires the ability to be self-directed and encompasses providing direct supportive care to patients by performing designated and/or ordered interventions and procedures within the scope of practice. Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Room Technician, Medical Assistant, or other approved healthcare role is preferred.
