The successful candidate will utilize their understanding of water system design, operations, infrastructure, regulations, and related programs to contribute technical, programmatic, and policy insights primarily related to Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) implementation at the state, EPA Region, or utility level. Experience working with tribal utilities, conducting sanitary surveys, and completing capacity, risk and resilience, and asset management assessments, and/or developing emergency response plans would be especially helpful.
