Required Qualifications: Valid Kansas or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Responsibilities include managing acute psychosis, arterial line care, ventilated patient care, central line management, chest tube management, IV sedation, stroke care, intubation, and more, with a focus on rapid, accurate assessment and intervention.
