An employee in this position primarily assists with planning, coordinating, managing and executing activities of the Operations Division, Contract Management Section's programs, including WTE operations, landfill disposal, franchise collection, engineering consultants, artificial reef construction, special waste, and recycling drop off collection, under the direction of the Solid Waste Program Manager. Serves as the lead role in monitoring the contracted operations for Lealman Solid Waste Collection and Disposal District including monitoring contractor performance, maintaining complaint logs, billing and invoice review, maintenance of the assessment roll, and responding to customer inquiries/complaints within the district.
