This role is based out of our Koapaka Street office, but the majority of your working hours will be spent in the field - canvassing businesses, attending networking events, and meeting clients across Oahu. Serve as the first point of contact for worksite employee inquiries in person, on the phone, email, and case channels - triaging, researching, and resolving questions related to payroll, benefits, PTO, timekeeping, and HR policies.
