We're hiring a full-time Employee Relations Manager in North Hollywood to own employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and manager coaching across our Operations teams (Production, Manufacturing, Facilities, Lab, Quality Control, Inventory, Distribution, and Transportation), and to lead culture initiatives companywide. Reporting to our Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll run thorough, defensible investigations, guide managers through PIPs and corrective action, and build their confidence to address performance on their own.
