The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting and administering key HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and workplace safety. Participate in operational and departmental meetings, including daily Production meetings, to provide HR support, address workforce concerns, and assist with timely resolution of employee-related issues.
