On payments, the role owns end-to-end DSP payment controllership across North America (Monthly fixed payments, plus weekly variable, FMP, Walker, incentive, dispute and exception payments) together with the GRC controls and Internal Audit action items that sit on top of them - evolving DSP Finance from transactional approver to SME mechanism owner under the risk-tiered DSP Payments Controls Framework, and scaling that model to WW parity across EU and ROW. Lead AI-first automation, reporting and cost-out for the payments and pricing space - extending Orcha/AI validation agents to every recurring control, training Payment Ops on agent-driven checks, contributing Finance inputs to VPA 2.0, Shield anomaly detection and the Dispute Reduction Framework, publishing the weekly payments controllership flash and Payments MBR metrics, and identifying validated cost avoidance and savings for the DSP Cost-Out MBR.
