The Human Resources Generalist will serve as regional HR representative serving our Community Supervision and Rehabilitative Services staff in the East region; this includes counties in upper East Tennessee including Knox, Hamblen, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, Washington, Unicoi, Carter and Johnson counties. Prepare, process, audit, and correct human resources transactions such as employee appointments, promotions, demotions, separations, transfers, reclassifications, and salary changes; maintain employee personnel files.
