RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team responsible for performing inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems; including mechanical/HVAC, electrical, compressed air, dust collectors, plumbing tasks (backflow preventers/etc), as well as other preventative maintenance and repair programs covered by facilities operations. Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems and processes such as: HVAC systems, fluid plumbing systems, generators, compressed air systems or fuel storage systems.
