You will represent a full portfolio of engineered products and services, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to deliver high impact solutions to clients. Job Details What You Will Do: <ul><li> Drive regional revenue growth and meet or exceed annual sales targets</li><li> Identify and develop new business opportunities within nuclear utilities and related markets</li><li> Analyze client challenges and build technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams</li><li> Prepare and present detailed proposals to executive and technical audiences</li><li> Lead contract negotiations through final signature</li><li> Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline</li><li> Transition signed contracts to project teams and support execution as needed</li><li> Provide market intelligence and competitive insight to leadership</li><li> Travel approximately 25 to 50 percent to customer sites and industry events</li></ul> Looking for: <ul><li> Minimum 5 years experience within the nuclear power industry</li><li> Background in business development, project execution, or project management within nuclear environments</li><li> Knowledge of dry storage of used nuclear fuel, heat transfer systems, small modular reactors, or high level waste technologies preferred</li><li> Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, ideally Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering</li><li> Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions</li><li> Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li> Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear facilities</li><li> U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
