Demonstrated experience with at least three of the following: precision optical assembly, fiber handling, laser systems, vacuum hardware, electro-mechanical assembly, precision metrology, wafer or delicate-component handling, cable/harness assembly, leak checking, alignment, bonding, adhesive processes, or cleanroom production. Associate degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in precision assembly, optics, lasers, vacuum systems, photonics, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or similar high-reliability hardware environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
