Overview: Responsible for leading the design,development, integration, and certification with engine and/or propellermanufacturers along with systems such as fire extinguishing, fire detection,engine controls, engine indications, powerplant cooling, fuel systems,induction, and exhaust on both the SR and SF platforms as well as new projects. Active performance management of direct reports: facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure alignment to project goals and team commitments, 1:1 meetings, performance improvement as necessary, and annual reviews.
