What you offer: Comfort with and interest in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics; these should be educational courses you've taken and did well in, or have prior professional experience in Enjoyment in collaborating with others, the ability to follow others but also to offer your own ideas and suggestions Comfort with asking questions and receiving direct and comprehensive peer review, including critique Intellectual curiosity What's preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field Experience in the energy industry Enjoyment of technical research Technical report writing skill and confidence What's required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, or related engineering discipline Two to four years' experience with energy auditing, commissioning, or energy management (Relevant coursework, internships, and project experience will be considered in lieu of work experience.)
