Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.1-2 years of experience in a professional business, technical, reporting, or analytics environment.1-2 years of experience in report development, data analysis, business intelligence, client reporting, or technical analytics support. The Technical Services Specialist will partner directly with customers, business stakeholders, implementation teams, sales, and technical resources to understand reporting requirements, develop tailored analytics solutions, validate data, and improve the overall reporting experience.
