The Engineering Intern works with department personnel and is responsible for assisting in the following under the guidance of full-time Engineering staff: development and implementation of clear, complete, and accurate detailed drawings/sketch details from rough sketches or notes, reviewing design documents for accuracy, completeness, and constructability, creating bills of material (BOM), and meeting job design budgets and deadlines Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. * Other tasks/functions/projects as assigned Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Currently enrolled in college and working towards a degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) * Hands-on experience with mechanical devices, machines, tools, construction, etc.
