Create and maintain required shipping and customer documentation, including packing lists, shipping paperwork, commercial documentation, labels, certifications, and other customer-specific requirements as applicable. Monitor orders through the complete order-to-ship process, identifying discrepancies, delays, quality holds, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts and escalating issues, as necessary.
