Required Skills/Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline • 0–3 years of engineering experience (internship, co-op, or professional experience preferred) • Interest in mechanical systems, stress analysis, and solving complex technical problems • Coursework or exposure to finite element analysis, fracture mechanics, fatigue, or heat transfer preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with databases, programming, or automation tools is a plus • Familiarity with ANSYS, Abaqus, and/or SolidWorks preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy and quality • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support a variety of engineering tasks • Expected to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure . An Engineering Analyst is expected to provide technical support to project managers and senior engineering staff on a wide range of engineering analysis and condition assessment projects involving power plant steam piping, headers, tubing, turbines, and other criticalmechanical equipment.
