This responsibility includes directing craftsmen and subcontractors, providing quality control, assuring conformity to plans and specifications, maintaining sequences to meet schedule, maintaining short, and long-term production schedules, conducting weekly job site coordination, safety meetings, utilizing scheduling equipment furnished by Nabholz, and administering job site safety program. This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company or a company vehicle; therefore, the applicant must successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, and immediately self-report convictions/violations/tickets to the DOT Compliance Specialist as per Company Policy.
