Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Ensures that assigned classes are held as scheduled; Plans each unit or lesson, both as to content and method, to make each class minute meaningful; Organizes each course taught into an effective instrument of learning; Studies and utilizes the characteristics of the students in each class in order to facilitate the best teaching and learning situations; Maximizes the learning opportunities for each student; and Utilizes proficiency with virtual meeting and presentation formats for class meetings, as well as College meetings, as needed. Coastal Alabama Community College is a multi-campus organization and employees of the College may be assigned to work at any of the College worksites, may be required to travel among various work sites for both day, evening, and weekend responsibilities, and must provide their own mode of transportation.
