This role involves clarifying and resolving issues, escalating where necessary, and maintaining communication among multiple parties throughout quoting, production, and delivery-including our Asian factories, overseas staff, clients, and fellow team members. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand and meet their manufacturing needs, from the design phase through product delivery, while managing client expectations, anticipating operational and tactical risks, and tracking progress.
