Discovery Ranch for Boys is a relationship-based residential treatment center. We use evidence-based practices and emphasize experiential therapy. You will work as part of our larger team in providing integrated care services to our students, who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Mornings are devoted to therapy work while school is held in the afternoon, the ideal time for academic engagement in adolescents.We need an engaged, creative, and dedicated teacher who sees the value in our students and will help them see it too as they continue their education.
