The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting Gurney’s Resort's workforce through efficient administration of employee onboarding, HRIS and database management, benefits administration, employee records management, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
