As a Home Care Aide, you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities: Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning. This new hire bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date.
