60 semester/quarter equivalent units from an accredited college or university of which 18 or more semester, quarter equivalent units must be in accounting, business, economics, marketing, real estate, or other fields directly related to the intent of this class OR Certificate in accounting, business, economics, marketing, real estate, or other fields directly related to the intent of this class. An Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate, or other fields directly related to the intent of the class OR 60 but less than 90 semester/quarter equivalent units leading to a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate, or other fields directly related to the intent of the class.
