The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for the managerial leadership and direction of the Global Practice business line's major pursuits, including planning, schedule development, estimating, cost tracking, preliminary execution planning coordination, preliminary project and engineering management, leading constructability reviews and integration with the project execution team. Provide leadership between CDB Pre-Construction Execution, Burns & McDonnell Constructors, AZCO, and subcontractors to safely reduce installation rates, advance efficient execution, and continuously improve competitive offerings for business lines.
