This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for marketing spend, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quarterly and annual marketing budgets, support forecast cycles, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of budget submissions.
The Financial Analyst supports the company’s asset management, finance, investment and development teams through financial modeling, underwriting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities across the portfolio. This position works closely with internal teams to provide financial analysis and reporting related to acquisitions, development projects, refinancing activities, and ongoing operations.
li>Coordinates the enhancement of budgeting systems and associated development and implementation of training needed for accurately compiling, monitoring and analyzing consolidated budget plans, and in order to monitor actual performance against strategic priorities.
