This strategic role partners directly with Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Training, Asset Protection, Property Leadership, insurers, third-party administrators, and defense counsel to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and manage enterprise risk while improving casualty and workers compensation claims performance. The position functions as the central coordination point between client operations, legal, claims, insurance, and field leadership to ensure the organization maintains a proactive, data-driven approach to loss prevention, incident documentation, litigation mitigation, and operational risk reduction.
