Activities include (but not limited to) directing, supporting, motivating, and managing General Agents, AGAs, FAs and administrative assistant support staff in conjunction with the RAEC for assigned region. Oversees, directs, leads, and motivates the General Agents and their staff of Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and clerical assistants in achieving their goals and meeting key performance indicators for their agencies.
