Based full-time at the FoC Climate & Innovation HUB in Little Haiti, this person owns how the campus runs and how it feels to everyone who walks in — offices, co-working, event space, podcast studio, padel court, spa and gym — while working directly with Tony Cho and the executive team. The role owns daily hub operations, tenant and member relationships, end-to-end event production, executive support, and a business-development pipeline — tracking leads, following up within 24 hours, and turning a well-run space into a leasing and membership engine.
