Conducting discovery workshops: You will lead interactive discovery workshops with customer stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Data Managers, CRCs, CRAs) to gather business requirements, map out existing data management workflows, and translate their vision into actionable technical specifications. Prior experience (internships, co-ops, academic projects, or entry-level roles) in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: Data entry or management in a healthcare/research setting, or experience at a CRO, as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), or Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
