Provide services based in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis, including behavior management, discrete trial training, social skills training, and caregiver education to clients with developmental disabilities and their families. The candidate will work with individuals (ranging from the ages of 3 to 17 years old) implementing treatment plans established by the clinical team within their home in collaboration with the BCBA and the case manager.

p>Through a structured training plan including classroom, online, and hands-on learning across various areas, you will learn: - Sales and Customer Service: Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
PAY: $51,672 - $54k+ per year, which includes a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus a minimum of eight hours of overtime per week (paid at a time and a half rate of $27.00 per hour), plus monthly bonuses (minimum of $3k per year).
