Experience in construction, roofing, maintenance, or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates who are eager to develop new skills and build a long-term career in commercial roofing. As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and leadership potential, opportunities may be available to advance to Senior Technician, Lead Technician, or Crew Leader.
