The Senior Consultant, Regulatory Change Management is responsible for executing regulatory change management processes to support enterprise compliance across all jurisdictions and product lines. This position operates as an experienced individual contributor, applying independent judgment to analyze regulatory changes, conduct research, and provide clear, actionable guidance to stakeholders.

li>Relevant experience working at a major law firm or equivalent in-house experience ideally with some mix of (i) meaningful exposure to fund structures and governance, (ii) corporate transactional work including capital markets, investment funds, project finance, securities, structured finance, private equity, or public finance law, or (iii) investment adviser or regulatory compliance.
