(DoD SkillBridge) Industrial Security Analyst Northrop Grumman Corp(DoD SkillBridge) Industrial Security AnalystAurora, COJob responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: • Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers • Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures that apply to company operations • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies • Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions, including security SCIF and/or SAPF administration, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Contract Security, Security Education, Investigations, Visitor Control, and Document Control Management • Develop and implement a security education and awareness program • Conduct internal security audits. DoD SkillBridge Eligibility: • Has served at least 180 days on active duty • Is within 12 months of separation or retirement • Will receive an honorable discharge • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
