Responsibilities Advise clients on land use, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and development mattersRepresent clients before municipal agencies, planning boards, zoning boards, and other regulatory bodiesManage zoning analyses, variance applications, special permits, and development approvalsAssist with real estate development projects from initial planning through completionConduct due diligence involving zoning, title, survey, environmental, and regulatory issuesSupport acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint venture transactions involving real estate assetsAnalyze and advise clients on land use restrictions, environmental considerations, and development opportunitiesDraft and negotiate real estate agreements, development documents, and related transactional materialsWork closely with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government agencies to achieve project objectivesQualifications Experience in land use, zoning, and real estate development mattersStrong understanding of municipal approval processes and regulatory frameworksExperience handling some or all of the following:Zoning and entitlement mattersLand use approvals and permittingReal estate acquisitions and dispositionsCommercial leasingJoint ventures and development agreementsTitle, survey, environmental, and due diligence reviewExcellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage complex projects and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong client service skills and practical business judgmentOutstanding academic credentials and professional recordActive bar admission requiredCompensation Salary Range: $220,000 – $275,000This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated real estate development and land use matters while advising clients on some of the most complex aspects of property development, entitlement, and investment.#J-18808-Ljbffr.
